Good location, right next to the popular Sopot monciak. Spacious apartment with a kitchenette.
The apartment is on the third floor and getting to it may be tiring.

Great location, close to the pier and the beach, yet quiet and peaceful. The possibility of staying with a dog is an additional advantage, despite the additional fee (it was very nice that bowls and treats were prepared for the dog). The place was clean, aesthetically pleasing, with plenty of space - perfect for a two-year-old child to play.
Earlier information about the street renovation and the inability to park in front of the facility - we found out about this after booking and paying for the stay.

Excellent location, close to the railway station, a stone's throw to the beach. The apartment is small and offers basic kitchen equipment. Sufficient storage space. The bathroom has a hair dryer, a washing machine and a clothes dryer - we didn't use it due to our short stay, but it may be useful for a family with children. The weather during our stay in May was not pleasant, but the apartment was heated and warm. On the last day of our stay, the option to leave our luggage at Molo Residence was helpful
No instructions on waste segregation.

When travelling with pets, please note that an extra charge of 60 PLN per pet/ per night applies and the property can only allow pets with a maximum weight of 5 kilos. Please note that due to roadworks on Pułaskiego Street until May 25 2026, access by car to the property is not possible. Car parking will be available on Ogrodowa Street 6a (150 metres from the accommodation). This property does not accommodate bachelor(ette) or similar parties. Quiet hours are between 22:00:00 and 06:00:00. Guests under the age of 18 can only check in with a parent or official guardian. When staying at the property with children, note that the property is legally obliged to apply standards for the protection of minors to determine the identity of the minors and their relationship with the adult they’re staying with.
